Lääketeollisuus ry:n jäsenyrityksenä Bayer Oy on sitoutunut noudattamaan yhdistyksen 1.7.2008 voimaan tulleita Eettisiä ohjeita.

Ohjeiden 50 §:n mukaisesti ilmoitamme, että vuoden 2008 aikana yhtiömme reseptilääkkeisiin keskittyvällä Bayer Schering Pharma -liiketoiminnalla on ollut yhteistyötä seuraavien potilasjärjestöjen kanssa:
Suomen MS-liitto ry ja sen paikallisyhdistykset, Suomen Hemofiliayhdistys ry, Munuais- ja maksaliitto ry ja Syöpätautien Klinikan Tuki ry.

Tukimuotoja potilasjärjestöille olivat yrityksen ilmoitukset potilasjärjestön jäsenlehdessä tai potilasjärjestön jäsenillan tai yhdistyksen vuosikokouksen kahvitarjoilun tai muiden järjestelyjen kustannuksiin osallistuminen.

Potilasjärjestöille annetun tuen euromääräinen yhteissumma oli 17 285 euroa ja yksittäiset tukimäärät olivat 55 - 8 750 euroa.

List of the patient organizations Bayer Schering Pharma supported in 2008

As a member company of PIF (Pharma Industry Finland), Bayer Oy has committed itself to follow the Code of Ethics that came into effect as of 1 July 2008.

According to the section 50 of the Code of Ethics, we wish to inform that during the year 2008, Bayer Schering Pharma division has had co-operation with the following patient organizations:
The Finnish MS Society and its regional organizations, The Finnish Hemophilia Society, The Finnish Kidney and Liver Society and Society for the Support of the Clinic of Cancer Diseases.

The forms of support to the patient organizations were Bayer’s ads in the patient magazines or participating in the cost of coffee service or the other organizing costs of patient organization’s member events (annual meeting or membership events).

The total sum of the support given to patient organizations was 17,285 euros and the individual sums of support varied from 55 euros to 8,750 euros.
