Lääketeollisuus ry:n jäsenyrityksenä Bayer Oy on sitoutunut noudattamaan yhdistyksen Eettisiä ohjeita.
Ohjeiden 50 §:n mukaisesti ilmoitamme, että vuoden 2009 aikana yhtiöllämme on ollut yhteistyötä seuraavien potilasjärjestöjen kanssa: Suomen MS-liitto ry ja sen paikallisyhdistykset, Suomen Hemofiliayhdistys ry, Suomen Suolistosyöpäyhdistys Colores ry, Suomen Diabetesliitto ry ja sen paikallisyhdistykset.

Tukimuotoja potilasjärjestöille olivat yrityksen ilmoitukset potilasjärjestön jäsenlehdessä, potilasjärjestön koulutustapahtuman kahvitarjoilun tai muiden järjestelyjen kustannuksiin osallistuminen sekä yhdistyksen yksittäisen projektin tukeminen (DEHKO-projekti).

Potilasjärjestöille annetun tuen euromääräinen yhteissumma oli 49 269 euroa ja yksittäiset tukimäärät olivat 55 - 6 000 euroa.

List of the patient organizations Bayer supported in 2009

As a member company of PIF (Pharma Industry Finland) Bayer Oy has committed itself to follow the Code of Ethics.
According to the section 50 of the Code of Ethics, we wish to inform that during the year 2009, Bayer Oy has had co-operation with the following patient organizations: The Finnish MS Society and its regional organizations, the Finnish Hemophilia Society, The Finnish Colorectal Cancer Association Colores, The Finnish Diabetes Association and its regional organizations.

The forms of support to the patient organizations were Bayer's ads in the patient magazines, participating in the cost of coffee service in member events and other organizing costs of patient organizations (sponsoring of mailings). Bayer was also one of the pharmaceutical companies that sponsored the Finnish Diabetes Association's DEHKO project with 6 000 euros.

The total sum of the support given to patient organizations was 49 269 euros and the individual sums of support varied from 55 euros to 6 000 euros.
